Mr. Larson practices in the areas of corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, start-up and emerging growth businesses and general corporate law. He advises clients in a variety of industries, including information technology, software, alternative energy, real estate, consumer products, financial services, retail, restaurant, travel, biotech, sports and entertainment. Mr. Larson’s business acumen and experience make him a valuable asset to emerging businesses seeking advice on a wide variety of matters. Mr. Larson has represented businesses in private securities offerings of equity and debt ranging from less than $1 million to more than $25 million.
Having grown up in the Northwest, Mr. Larson was happy to return to the Seattle area after spending nearly ten years away during college and graduate school, including two years in Bolivia. Mr. Larson enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, mountain climbing, hiking, fishing, basketball and photography. His climbing exploits include Mt. Rainier (3x), Mt. Hood, Mt. Stuart and Bolivia’s Nevado Illimani (21,125’) and Charquini (17,690’).
